How do I purchase gift cards?

Our gift cards can be purchased in the salon from the front desk. We do offer e-vouchers which can be purchased via a secure payment link from our card reader. The e-voucher will be emailed to you. Please call 01527 758212 to arrange an e-voucher. All vouchers have a six month validity and can be for any amount of your choice.

Where can I park?

There is ample parking available nearby. New Road Car Park (B60 2JF) and St John Street Car Park are close by.

Is laser hair removal suitable for me?

Our laser machine is suitable for all skin colours and skin types. It will remove all hair colours including red and white, and downy hair.

How do I book a tint?

For your health and safety, we require you to have a patch test at least 24 hours before your tinting appointment. You are able to book tinting online, however if you book a tint and do not attend the salon for a patch test, your appointment may be cancelled.

How do I know what facial to book?

We offer a variety of facials for all needs. Whether you want to come purely to relax, or have a specific skin concern, we will have something for you. If you'd like to have a discussion with a skin specialist before booking your treatment, we recommend booking a skin consultation first.

24 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS

Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment.

Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
